Business Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of ScoreReviews as a paying business customer. By creating an account or sending review invitations through the platform, you agree to the obligations below.
Acceptable use
You may only invite customers who have completed a real transaction with you. Bulk-importing unrelated contacts, scraped lists, or incentivising positive reviews is prohibited and grounds for suspension.
Review integrity
You may respond publicly to any review, flag suspected fakes for moderation, and request removal of content that breaches our policies. You may not pay, threaten or pressure reviewers to alter or remove content.
Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Data ownership
Reviews submitted about your business remain the property of the reviewer. We grant you a licence to display them on owned channels via our widgets and API while your account is active.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend accounts that breach acceptable use, abuse the invitation system, or attempt to manipulate verification signals. You may terminate any time; export tools are provided for 30 days post-cancellation.
Liability & jurisdiction
Service provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid. Governed by the laws of England & Wales; disputes resolved in London courts.
